PCS, together with local and international consultants, has extensive experience in creating modules and providing training. The trainings are designed specifically for each client, in areas such as defining the vision and mission, strategy, project cycle management, general and financial management, mobilization of funds, project preparation, recruitment, team building, human resource management, business meetings with business B2B.
